How to manage or cancel your subscription+

Artimind is available on iPhone & iPad, and subscriptions are managed through the App Store:

iOS (App Store): Open Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → select Artimind → Cancel Subscription.

Request a refund+

Purchases made through the App Store are handled by Apple. You can request a refund directly at reportaproblem.apple.com.

If you purchased through our website, send a request via the form above with your purchase email and we'll help.

Restore a purchase+

Open the Artimind app → Settings / ProfileRestore Purchase. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple account you used to buy.

Delete your data / account+

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Send a request via the form above or email support@artimind.com. See our Privacy Policy for more.
