Having trouble with Artimind? Send us a request or check the quick guides below.
Artimind is available on iPhone & iPad, and subscriptions are managed through the App Store:
iOS (App Store): Open Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → select Artimind → Cancel Subscription.
Purchases made through the App Store are handled by Apple. You can request a refund directly at reportaproblem.apple.com.
If you purchased through our website, send a request via the form above with your purchase email and we'll help.
Open the Artimind app → Settings / Profile → Restore Purchase. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple account you used to buy.
